Warranty
All our crafted items in its original package (not used) come with a standard 24 months warranty. If the client causes damage or if the client has altered the product in any way, the product is not covered by the warranty.
Cancelling Order
It is possible to cancel your order if the item hasn't been sent. Get in touch with us and we'll take care of it. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery fee will not be refunded.

All information provided by you is only used to ensurethe best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without your previous consent.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 2-3 weeks of the order confirmation (if not specified otherwise). Shipping is calculated based on weight, size and destination country. We currently ship to EU countries only. The shipping is within European Union so NO duties, taxes or any additional costs apply. Personal pick up is possible at NEIGHBOURS laboratory (Haškova 4, Prague 7) - please contact us if you are in a hurry
Returns
The return period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered. When the returned goods are undamaged, clean and complete, we will immediately refund your payment.
Delivery
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.
